California Lab Requisitions

Start numbers for the California lab requisitions need to be checked to insure accuracy and avoid duplicate numbering every morning.
1. Click on this link to see if an order has been placed. Quantity and start number will be in the link: https://inspiresource.inspirenw.com/labreqs-bf/
2. Enter the information on the Excel spread sheet and check to be sure that the start number is correct: https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/7346e0d1-ab95-4582-63de-3a59c25ccb10. 3. Email Art Espinosa at Best Forms to let him know whether or not the start numbers are correct. He needs to know even if all start numbers are correct. His email is aespinosa@bestforms.com
